The Dusty Boots Riding Club proudly presents it’s youth team, The Boot Dusters, a group of talented and hardworking young equestrians who embody the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and a passion for horsemanship. These dedicated riders compete at NEOHA Open Horse Shows representing not just their club but also a larger commitment to community service, personal growth, sportsmanship, and preserving the tradition of equestrian excellence.
The Club fosters camaraderie among youth riders of all ages and skill levels. Membership is open to any youth who is a member of Dusty Boots Riding Club.
Meeting will be held at each show held at the Ashtabula County Fairgrounds as well as planned outings/events!

May 30/June 1– Meeting at show- Time TBD, also working on community service project of a flowerbed at Ashtabula County Fairgrounds
June 7/June 8– Tack sale as fundraiser for youth! Sign up for a time slot during Horse palooza weekend at the Ashtabula County Fairgrounds
June 14/June 15– Meeting at show- Time TBD, continuing flower bed project if needed. Movie night after Saturdays show!
June 23– Waldameer trip! (Optional and not included as an activity for participation)
June 28/June 29– Hosting a costume contest fundraiser at the Trumbull Fairgrounds! Working on flowerbed at Trumbull fairgrounds
August 23/August 24– Meeting at show- Time TBD
Eligibility for Youth Group Funds/Benefits:
To be eligible for any financial benefits or resources provided by the Boot Dusters Youth Group (e.g., t-shirts, boot duster bucks, stall signs, ect), the youth member must meet the following criteria:
Active Participation: The youth member must actively participate in youth group functions by attending a minimum of three (3) youth meetings, outings, or fundraisers throughout the current calendar year (January 1st – December 31st).
Non-Transferability: Eligibility and benefits earned through participation are non-transferable between individual youth members or adult representatives. Each member must meet the participation requirements independently.
Direct Participation: The youth member must personally attend and participate in the required activities. Family participation alone does not fulfill this requirement for the youth member.
Each member and their parent or guardian must submit a signed Boot Dusters Youth Club agreement. Please print and submit the agreement below.
